Hourglass sells one-time structured coaching support packs built first for fitness coaches, with direct buyers and other authorized buyers still supported where appropriate.

Depending on the pack selected, delivery can include an assessment, training direction, educational non-clinical nutrition notes, a call used for alignment, and written pack materials.

Pack descriptions, local currency pricing when available, and the post-purchase flow are shown on the site before checkout.

Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout page. The Stripe descriptor may appear as CMB Corporate LLC.

Hourglass does not directly collect or store full card numbers on its own site.

Funds received by the business are customer payments for one-time Hourglass service packs.

No subscriptions or recurring billing are created unless explicitly stated at checkout.

After successful payment, the order email receives the payment confirmation and the delivery instructions relevant to the purchased pack.

Where a pack includes a booking step, Hourglass sends the booking details after purchase and then delivers the written pack materials after the relevant step is completed.
